# KBF Design Gallery

> Award-winning custom home design and remodeling firm in Central Florida, family-owned since 2003. Specializing in kitchen, bathroom, whole-home, and home addition projects in the Orlando, Maitland, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Windermere, New Smyrna Beach, and broader Orange County / Seminole County area. Design-to-Build service led by a Certified Residential Building Contractor (License CGC 1529022) with a five-year craftsmanship warranty on every project.

KBF Design Gallery operates a 5,000+ sq ft design showroom at 1295 South Orlando Avenue, Maitland, FL 32751, where clients select cabinetry, stone, tile, and fixtures with their KBF designer. The firm manages every aspect of a remodel in-house - from initial design and 3D renderings through permitting, demolition, construction, and final walkthrough. KBF is named in the Orlando Magazine Home Design Awards (first place General Contractor, five consecutive years; first place Interior Design 2026), Florida Design Magazine Seaglass Award, Best of Houzz, NARI, and the National Kitchen & Bath Association.

The firm is led by the Vellequette family - founder Keith Vellequette (retired 2019), and current principals Ashley Sheaffer (sales and design) and Adam Vellequette (field operations).
